The Y House: Intro
The Y House, Y as a question “Why?” or Y as a letter. Well, for those who think it is as a question “why?”, you are wrong. I chose The Y House because of the unique shape of the house that looks like the letter Y seen from the Sky.
Originally, the idea was “The X House” because I wanted to design a house with a x shape but unfortunately it’s not quite practical. The house is going to be a family home and I wanted a unique shape but also practicality. Even though a Y shape it’s going to be practical, I position the house in a way that walking from the main door to the master bedroom doesn’t feel like running a marathon.
