Petite: Intro
I chose Petite to refer to a tiny house (Petite maison in French).
I want to discover if a tiny house can be suitable for any environment especially extreme ones. We usually come across tiny houses in urban areas but not much on extreme areas, that’s why I was curious if it can actually work. I’ve seen extreme campers use tents which are probably less resistant than a tiny house, if they can resist extreme environments so can a tiny house I guess.
I’m going to primarily focus on the envelope of the house (wall detailing) to study what can influence the effectiveness of the insulation.
